To qualify for a reduced registration, registration fees must be received by the published date. Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration form.

Accommodation
The Conference Office has selected hotels and apartments in the Melbourne area at competitive rates to suit a range of budgets. These are easily accessible to the conference venue, and provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for delegates.
The conference rates quoted can only be guaranteed when delegates book through the conference registration facilities. Rooms can be booked via the conference registration form until Tuesday 30 September 2008. After this date bookings are subject to availability.
Please note due to the Spring Racing Carnival being held in Melbourne during the week of the Conference accommodation rooms are in high demand. Some hotels choose to charge different rates on different days and/or require a minimum number of nights stay.
